A: The head set is possibly damaged and has to be replaced. Don`t keep your laptop powered, because the heads can scratch the platters. Take the drive out of the laptop and send it to us. If you have problem getting the drive out, we can do it for you.

A: If you didn't take any new pictures with your camera there is a very high chance to get all your pictures back. If you started taking new photos, only some but not all can be recovered. Give us a call for instructions.

A: Probably the motor inside is jammed. Don't keep it running because you can damage the drive more than it is. Your drive has to be fixed in our laboratory.

A: Your replacement Printed Circuit Board (PCB) is not compatible with that drive. We recommend that you don't experiment and send your drive to us, otherwise you can lose your data forever!

A: There could be many reasons why your iPod is unhappy. Malfunction in the electronics, corrupted firmware or harddrive damage. The good news is there is high chance for saving all your songs.
